Supporting The Next Generation

Boyd Allardice joined our Pre-Construction team in Dumfries for a week-long work experience placement. During his time with us, he gained first-hand experience of estimating, tender preparation and how projects develop before work begins on site, while learning more about the range of careers available within construction.The placement also formed part of our wider community benefits programme, supporting young people in the communities where we work. Supporting young people in the communities where we work is an important part of our community benefits programme. These placements provide a practical introduction to construction and the range of careers available.
