Ministerial Visit

MSP Kevin Stewart visited our new affordable housing development in Annan Town Centre with Cunninghame Housing Association Ltd. This new development will create 27nr affordable housing units. Kevin also got to meet a number of our apprentices who will be working on the new development.

Lochfield Road, Dumfries

We have recently handed over 14nr Affordable Housing Units at Lochfield Road in Dumfries for DGHP (Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership). This project was successfully delivered 10 weeks early with a number of units been completed to Silver and Gold Standard. A great team effort by everyone involved.

Mates in Mind

Primary School Site Tours

New Dirrans Resource Centre

Ashleigh (Scotland) Limited have recently completed the construction of a new resource centre for North Ayrshire Council in Kilwinning. This new centre will offer rehabilitative support to adults who have suffered from brain injuries and will help them re-gain their independence.

Works continue at Portavadie

4000m3 of stone has been delivered by barge to the new leisure building at Portavadie Marina. The material arrived from the quarry near Oban and will be used as upfill to the new facility.

Ashleigh (Scotland) Limited have recently been decorated with a Saltire Society Scotland 2014 Housing Design Award. They have been commended for the quality of the build of a construction project at Burns Wynd, Maybole for Ayrshire Housing. Housing Development, Braille Crescent
