Ashleigh Building have built up a strong and loyal team of personnel, including Contract Managers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Business Co-Ordinator, Account and Administrative staff.  We also have our own team of trade operatives including, Painters, Joiners, Bricklayers, Scaffolders, Telehandler Operatives and Semi-Skilled Operatives.

We also operate an apprenticeship programme, to both trade and professionals, who are given balanced training to ensure they develop and progress to meet our high standards.

There is constant encouragement to ensure that our personnel strive to be their best and we continue to invest and support all staff as part of our strategic Training Plan.
